ContractLM Inc. ("ContractLM", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

2. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, organization), contract content you upload, usage analytics, and standard log data such as IP address and device type.

3. How we use data

To provide and improve the service, secure your account, generate AI-assisted suggestions on a per-tenant basis, and communicate important updates. We never sell your data.

4. AI training

Your contracts and clauses are never used to train shared or third-party models. Inference happens in isolated, encrypted tenant infrastructure.

5. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, email, payments). A current list is available on request.

6. Security

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.

7. Your rights

You may access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@contractlm.ai.
